The Talk Shoppe is happy to announce that we are now a Medicare provider for outpatient speech therapy services.  For the past 7 years we have provided services throughout the Treasure Valley for seniors in need of speech, language and swallowing through contracts with many of the local home health agencies.  We will continue to serve the home health needs through those contracts in addition to providing outpatient speech therapy in our clinic as a result of changes to Medicare rules that now allow Private Practice Speech Language Pathologists to provide speech therapy without having to be affiliated with a rehab agency or hospital.  Effective March 1, 2010, The Talk Shoppe was accepted as a participating Medicare provider.
